MARTIN BALLENDAT
Born on 26th may 1958 in Bochum
Diploma in Industrial Design from the Folkwang University Essen 1983
Between 1978 and 1983 held several different practical positions in Germany and abroad
From 1983 to 1986 designer for the Sedus Stoll company. Waldshut (Germany)
From 1986 to 1995 head of design department and product development with company Wiesner Hager Furniture (Austria)
Since 1995 set up own design office "Design Ballendat"
Jury member of international design competitions
From 1998 to 2003 lectures in Industrial Design at the Graz Polytechnic
In ranking design (D) one of the 100 best 1998/1999
2004 guest professor in Industrial Design at Graz Polytechnic, since 2005 guest professor in Industrial Design at Salzburg Polytechnic
Member of Rotary Club
